Return Policy

We are happy to accept a return of your ArdsleyBarrett.com purchase within 60 days of the date of purchase, subject to the following policies.  

We are only able to accept returns for items that were purchased on ArdsleyBarrett.com.

• Returns require proof of purchase, such as the order number or packing slip.

Return Condition:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original components.
• We do not offer replacements or accept returns for items damaged due to regular wear and tear.

Return Shipping:

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the shipper; Ardsley Barrett does not cover return shipping expenses

Sale Items:

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Special Orders:

• Special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refund & Merchandise Credit Policy (for eligible returns):

• For returns made within 30 days of purchase, a refund will be issued for the products, minus shipping charges. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Returns made between 30-60 days from purchase are eligible for a merchandise credit on Ardsleybarrett.com for the cost of the purchase minus shipping charges.
